You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 92pakr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 92pakr is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
92pakr reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility requirements are not met, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that these Terms have been breached.
92pakr is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. You agree to provide, when requested, valid documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and the source of funds used for gambling activities.
Acceptable identity documentation currently includes a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form. 92pakr reserves the right to request additional documentation, including but not limited to utility bills, bank statements, or source-of-funds declarations, at any time.
Until KYC verification is completed to 92pakr's satisfaction, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. Deposits made prior to verification are not refundable solely on the basis that KYC was not completed before depositing. Players are advised to complete KYC verification promptly after registration.
All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with 92pakr's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by payment processing partners.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pakr currently supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the platform at all times.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 92pakr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times or banking system interruptions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. Processing times are indicative only — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 30–60 minutes; bank transfers within 2–4 business hours during standard Pakistani banking hours.
92pakr reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with any applicable regulatory obligation. Any funds determined to have been acquired through fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited means may be forfeited.
92pakr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions communicated at the time the offer is presented.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Real-money balance is used before bonus balance in all wagering transactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific promotion.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, deliberate low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
92pakr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final.
All casino games offered on 92pakr — including slots, live dealer games, video poker, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing under streamed conditions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
